Seal Your Love on Lake Lanier

Yes! We love working with experienced, professional vendors and have a carefully curated preferred vendor list featuring trusted partners we know and love. However, if you have a vendor outside of our list that better fits your vision, we welcome licensed and insured vendors.

The only exceptions are bar service, which must be provided by The Oakley on the Rocks or one of our preferred bar vendors, and planners and caterers, which require additional approval. Outside planners and caterers are subject to a $1,000 outside vendor fee. This fee may be waived if the vendor provides the appropriate licensing, insurance, and professional references and is approved by our team.

All caterers must be full-service, meaning they are responsible for setup, food service, bussing tables, complete breakdown, trash removal, and cleaning their prep and service areas before departing.

Outside caterers are welcome but are subject to a $1,000 outside vendor fee. This fee may be waived if the caterer provides the appropriate licensing, insurance, and professional references and is approved by our team.

We have paved, on-site parking with four handicap-accessible spots.

We are pretty flexible within reason. We do not, however, allow anything to be attached to the walls.

We have a three-bedroom house on our property that sleeps eight people.

We are BYOB, but require our bar service “Oakley on the Rocks” to pour. We are now offering a bar package as well.

We love our fur babies and we absolutely welcome them to be a part of the ceremony and pictures. After this, they should be taken home to rest their little paws, as it was a big day for them!

We will be happy to reschedule to a later date, pending availability. If you need to cancel your event, the amount you’ll be responsible for depends on how close it is to the event date, ranging from part of the deposit to the full rental fee.
