Choosing The Oakley as our wedding venue was, without question, one of the best decisions we made for our entire wedding. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were in LOVE!! We booked it on the spot! We had no idea just how extraordinary the experience would truly be. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. Every single detail is a perfect 10—the architecture, the layout, the bridal suite, the grooms suite, the flow of the ceremony and reception spaces, the patio, the lighting, the grounds… all of it. It’s clean, well kept, elevated. It’s literally immaculate! We got so much great feedback from our guests on how much they loved our venue. A fun detail I loved is they had a grandparent suite for elderly guest, who did not love the loud music during reception. The venue itself is very quiet and has great privacy, which is obviously what anyone would want on their wedding day if it rains, you are covered! The bridal suite is every girls dream- So much space, and so girly! The grooms suite was perfect and they loved getting to hangout in there. Not to mention they have the best photo spots! But what sets The Oakley apart—what genuinely puts it in a class of its own—is the TEAM 🩷 I don’t even know if stellar is the right word, because they are beyond that. Angela (the owner), Sarah, Megan, and everyone else behind the scenes- They are exceptional in every sense. Every person on their staff treated us with a level of kindness, professionalism, and generosity that we will never forget. They went above and beyond for us in ways they absolutely did not have to. They anticipated needs before we even voiced them. They handled details we never expected them to take on. They made our day feel seamless, peaceful, and so deeply cared for. Choosing the right venue and team can make or break your wedding day experience and it is so important to pick the right one. We are so glad we did and we felt so confident in their ability to take care of us and have our backs the day of our wedding! We felt valued, supported. That is something money can’t buy—and yet The Oakley gave it so freely. 🥰 They serve their couples with heart, with excellence, and with a genuine love for what they do. It shows in every touchpoint, every conversation, every moment of the wedding day. I have never been so thoroughly impressed by a business or a team! The best venue!!! We booked our date when the venue still had a mud everywhere and under construction, and we trusted the vision! Best decision ever. I can’t say enough good things about Angela and her team 🙂 From the very beginning we had our tour and it was raining and muddy and Angela made sure we came back on a sunny day to get to really visit the venue site. This venue and the team are everything we could have asked for. Communication was amazing, any questions I had were answered same day, overall a great experience! We can’t thank Angela and her team enough for creating a space for our guests and making them feel welcome. Overall, it was a great time, and I was probably a lot calmer than I should have been but knowing the venue had an amazing team there was everything! If you are looking for a venue, book with them 🤍

Angela and her team made our wedding just perfect!!! From planning to our actual wedding day their communication, dedication, and execution was exceptional. As a detail oriented bride with ADHA, I can not recommend them enough. The venue itself is gorgeous, add to that the outstanding vendor recommendations, and the exceptional customer service, you get your perfect wedding day!!! The Oakley on the lake is a very special venue. I love how it’s a family business and how they treat every couple getting married here like family! I felt like I was one of Angela’s long lost daughters. You can tell that blood, sweat, tears and a lot of prayer and faith went into building this venue so brides like myself could have the wedding of their dreams, stress free. Also the venue is BEAUTIFUL! The bridal and groom suite is to amazing and decorated so nicely. I love that we got to get ready at the venue! Everything about this wedding venue is amazing and perfect.

The Oakley on the Lake is absolutely beautiful and Angela and Sarah are amazing. Everything about this venue is perfect. The outdoor ceremony space is gorgeous, and the reception area is spacious. There’s so much attention to detail that it really makes the whole place feel special. One of the best parts was working with Angela. She was so kind, answered all of our questions, and made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. You can tell she truly cares about getting to know you and making your day as special as possible. It’s also very clear that when she built this venue, she thought of every little detail to make it absolutely perfect. The bridal suite is SO pretty and made getting ready feel even more exciting. The staff were super helpful and made the whole experience stress-free. They were always there when we needed them and kept everything running smoothly. If you’re looking for a venue that’s beautiful, well-run, and perfect for a wedding, The Oakley on the Lake is definitely worth it. We had an amazing time, and I can’t recommend it enough.
