Wow! Our team held a two-day government meeting at The Oakley on the Lake with great success. Angela and the entire team were phenomenal – incredibly helpful, professional, and always went the extra mile. They truly made every participant feel like a VIP. I could not have dreamed of a better venue for my wedding. Everything was PERFECT. Everyone at my wedding could not stop talking about how beautiful everything at the venue was. From the gorgeous bridal/groom suites, to the landscaping, to the ceremony site, beautiful turf area for cocktail hour and the amazing reception space. Even the bathrooms are gorgeous. The Oakley offers a variety of amenities, including a 2-hour rental on weekends or 8-hour rental on weekdays, 30 tables, 500 Chiavari chairs, custom bar, indoor and outdoor event spaces, and a team onsite throughout your day. You’ll have access to a bridal suite, family and grooms’ suites, an outdoor ceremony pavilion, cocktail hour space, and even a golf cart for lakeside photos. Additional features include a caterer’s prep kitchen, outdoor heaters/AC units, and a list of our preferred vendors.
We have a preferred vendor list, but we welcome licensed and insured outside vendors.
We have paved, on-site parking with four handicap-accessible spots.
We are pretty flexible within reason. We do not, however, allow anything to be attached to the walls.
We have a three-bedroom house on our property that sleeps eight people.
We are BYOB, but require our bar service “Oakley on the Rocks” to pour. We are now offering a bar package as well.
We love our furry friends and are happy to have them be part of your event, but they should be supervised at all times to ensure everyone has a great experience!
We will be happy to reschedule to a later date, pending availability. If you need to cancel your event, the amount you’ll be responsible for depends on how close it is to the event date, ranging from part of the deposit to the full rental fee.
