FAQ
What is included in the venue rental fee?
The Oakley offers a variety of amenities, including a 12-hour rental on weekends or 8-hour rental on weekdays, 30 tables, 500 Chiavari chairs, custom bar, indoor and outdoor event spaces, and a team onsite throughout your day. You’ll have access to a bridal suite, family and grooms’ suites, an outdoor ceremony pavilion, cocktail hour space, and even a golf cart for lakeside photos. Additional features include a caterer’s prep kitchen, outdoor heaters/AC units, and a list of our preferred vendors.
Do you offer on-site coordination services?
Yes, we’re excited to be partnering with a planner to offer on-site coordination services, which will be included in our packages.
Can we bring in our own vendors, or do you have a preferred vendor list?
We have a preferred vendor list, but we welcome licensed and insured outside vendors.
What is the parking situation for guests?
We have paved, on-site parking with four handicap-accessible spots.
Are there any restrictions on décor or event setup?
We are pretty flexible within reason. We do not, however, allow anything to be attached to the walls.
Do you offer on-site accommodations for the wedding party or guests?
We have a three-bedroom house on our property that sleeps eight people.
What are the policies on alcohol and catering?
We are BYOB, but require our bar service “Oakley on the Rocks” to pour. We are now offering a bar package as well.
Are pets allowed at the venue?
We love our fur babies and we absolutely welcome them to be a part of the ceremony and pictures. After this, they should be taken home to rest their little paws, as it was a big day for them!
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We will be happy to reschedule to a later date, pending availability. If you need to cancel your event, the amount you’ll be responsible for depends on how close it is to the event date, ranging from part of the deposit to the full rental fee.
